We hereby kindly remind you that your cancellation of Haier Wash account will authorize us to terminate all the services provided to you, and shall also impact your after-sale usage & experience, data access and functionalities . Upon successful account cancellation, we will permanently delete all your personal information ,hence making it completely irretrievable, and inaccessible by anyone in future. For your knowledge please do make a note that relevant transaction records shall be kept in Haier company records for 2 years or longer periods according to relevant compulsory laws of concerned country specific guidelines.
1. If you fully read above statement, understand and still want to cancel your account, your account should also meet the following conditions:
(1) the account has no assets or arrears in Haier Wash system;
(2) there are no outstanding or open orders in the account, meaning any orders/services provided but not paid;
(3) there is no pending dispute in the account, including complaints, reports or open requests ;
(4) the account is an active account in normal use and there is no active action causing the concerned account is made as restricted;
(5) the Haier Wash payment account corresponding to the account has been cancelled, and all complaints & requests in the Haier Wash account have been mutually resolved;
